    The root causes of underperformance are many so not all performance issues should be treated alike. Different performance problems require different solutions. You don’t fix a lack of drive by sending someone to training. You don’t help someone overcome a fear by telling them to “just get it done”. How do you address shortcomings in each of the areas listed above in the adaptation of the Skill-Will model?
