Scenario: Helper Hanna is a servant. She loves to help everyone she meets. She is a wonderful person, but struggles to focus on what is most important. She can’t say no to virtually anything, even when the value it produces is minimal. For example, she spends a lot of her time attending to trivial requests from small clients which prevents her from spending time prospecting for new and potentially larger clients. As a result, she is not meeting her sales goals.
You have scheduled a 1on1 with Hanna to talk to her about her need to better focus on value adding activity.
