People who procrastinate do so for many reasons. Some simply choose to defer the uncomfortable for the comfortable. They defer the hard for the easy, the chores for the fun, the inconvenient for the convenient, and the important for the urgent. Some procrastinate because they wait for all the data to come in or the perfect time that never comes. Some prefer watching, waiting, thinking, and pondering over doing.
How well do you manage procrastination?
Scenario: You are the CEO of a multibillion-dollar company. You expect each of your division leaders to constantly solve tactical problems and leverage tactical opportunities as they find them.
