Scenario: You are hosting an offsite meeting with your team to brainstorm a pesky problem you’re dealing with. Your problem is that your clients are becoming more price sensitive. You’ve been losing opportunities to your competitors due to price, at least that is what they are telling you. Your brainstorming question is “How might we increase the value we provide to our clients so that we better justify our higher price?”
